Yes, always. Every Losiloo order includes free delivery across Ireland, with no minimum spend and no extra conditions. We keep it simple so checkout stays stress-free.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes another 3 to 7 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days in total. Once it is on the way, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
If something is not quite right, you can return your items within 60 days from delivery. Return costs are covered by the customer. Just email us at info@losiloo.com and we will guide you through the return steps.
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus right now is delivering the best experience locally. If international shipping becomes available later on, we will share the news with our community first.
Once your returned items have been accepted, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Some banks may take additional time before the refund shows on your statement.
